Midlands Web SEO provides website refresh, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, and related digital improvement services for trades and small businesses across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Services may include:

• Website design updates
• Mobile optimisation
• Local SEO improvements
• Google Business Profile optimisation
• Visual and layout updates
• Basic website performance improvements

Unless agreed separately in writing, all services provided by Midlands Web SEO are one-time projects only.

Services do not include:

• Ongoing website maintenance
• Continuous SEO management
• Hosting management
• Domain management
• Ongoing website edits or updates
• Technical support after project completion

Website refresh projects include one round of reasonable amendments following delivery of the initial updated version.

Additional revisions, redesign requests, or changes outside the original agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Projects under £500 are usually invoiced upfront before work begins.

Larger projects may be split into staged payments, with 50% due upfront and the remaining balance due before final delivery.

Work will begin once payment and any required website access or information have been received.

Due to the time and work involved in digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work has started, any refund decisions will be made at the discretion of Midlands Web SEO.

Midlands Web SEO does not provide website hosting, domain management, or ongoing website maintenance unless agreed separately in writing.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining access to their website, hosting provider, and domain registrar.

While Midlands Web SEO follows best practices for local SEO and Google optimisation, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Specific Google rankings
• Search engine positions
• Website traffic increases
• Business enquiries or sales

Google rankings and online visibility are influenced by many external factors outside our control.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Providing required website access
• Supplying logos, images, or content where required
• Reviewing work and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in communication or missing information may affect delivery timelines.

Final website files, access, or completed work may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Midlands Web SEO provides services on a best-effort basis and shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect business losses
• Third-party hosting issues
• Google algorithm changes
• Website downtime caused by third parties
• Loss of rankings or traffic outside our control

By purchasing services from Midlands Web SEO, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
